The third phase of the project is scheduled to start construction in 2025, with a construction period of one year. The main products are high-tech and high-value-added products such as health and medical equipment. In addition to the planned production workshop, there is also a technical research and development functional area, striving to attract Henan Province Degradable Materials Engineering Technology Research Center and Henan Province Degradable Materials Key Laboratory to settle in the park. Annual production capacity is 80,000 tons, and output value is 4 billion yuan.

At present, the degradable materials industrial park is being optimized and upgraded, and the China Machinery Sixth Institute is being commissioned to plan and design, integrating degradable materials research and development, production, sales, warehousing, and logistics, and gradually forming a 10 billion-level degradable industrial cluster, striving to build it into an important pillar industry in Jun County and even Hebi City. Techuang Bio will give full play to the leading role of the industry chain leader and promote the high-quality development of the biomanufacturing industry.
